Sunrise sunset calculator

Heres a link to sunrise sunset calculator. It's the second link on the page called gkastro.0sites.org/Sunriseset.exe.

Just download it and then click on it to run, no need to install it.

Check on google earth the latitude and longitude where you are going to be then enter them with the year, month and day.

I live in north devon so my lat/lon would be west -4 north +51.

TPE http://photoephemeris.com/ (The Photographer's Ephemeris) is excellent, and gives a map view of where you are and where the sun will rise and set, as well as moon rise and moon set directions.

Available now also for Ipad and possibly Android devices.

I downloaded this for iPhone a few days ago. Not used it in anger yet but it has a lot if info in it for a phone app : thumbs:

I've used TPE on a few occasions recently - really impressive. Not a cheap app but well worth it when planning visits to new locations.
