I have a shot in my head I'm trying to get and my mate was kind enough to ride around for an hour back and fourth round a cold park while I tried to get it.

This is nearly what I wanted but I don't think its fluid enough, probably a result of low speed handling in a small park.

Going to arrange a reshoot and aim for something more like this, except try and get it in focus :bang:

My mate has kindly agreed to a reshoot once the wind dies down, I'd appreciate any advice to improve the lighting.. I've only got basic kit, a reflector, a white shoot through umbrella, a Jessops flash and a couple of old high voltage flashes I suspect will kill my triggers.

What are you trying to do exactly? Did you want to show more of the environment he's in, or show a sense of speed/motion?

I think the light needs to be a little more even, actively don't want the environment its a very dull park.
