Suggestions for a trip...

Well it's going to be one of those nights, I can just tell

Any recommendations? I will be leaving EDI at 4am, and off in search of whatever sunrise I can find. Have done Anstruther, Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel recently, so something similar but different if you catch my drift...

Weather might be an issue, who knows...

Depends how far you want to travel, with the clocks going back this weekend sunrise will be a bit later!

I'd recommend Glencoe or the Lake District!

I left Carluke at 0400am about a month ago and was at Ullswater long before sunrise!

Ullswater is the most northern lake but i personally find it a bit dull (from past experience) but i love Haweswater reminds me so much of the Highlands I would go there. But why go to one when they are all so close ...

Right down the M74, then onto the M6 and cut off at Penrith and it's 20 minutes drive from there!
