Suggest me a screen protector & case for Iphone 4s

My daughter has kindly passed on her IPhone 4s as she's upgraded but I am stuck trying to find a screen protector & case.

There are lots when I Google & my past experience with protector/s for cameras is you can waste a lot of money on rubbish.

The case needs to be rubbery as my fingers have lost some sensation due to a neurological condition .

So any help would be gratefully appreciated

Case mate "barely there" every time. Then any old generic protector

I bought a "Lifeproof" case for mine. Great protection, waterproof to around 6 foot depth and shockproof too. I have a handlebar mount for my bike and it's good even in p'ing rain.
Not cheap but worth it IMHO.

My daughter also passed on two Mophie Juice Packs which I've just tried & they act as a case with a good grip ability. also found a spare protector which will do for now if I can fit it without too much bother.
