Could anyone suggest a good card for the A7 v that is reasonably priced, thanks

What are you shooting?

If you are shooting studio, 1 shot at a time...get the cheapest slowest one...you won't notice the difference to a fast one.

(before someone says ... what about transfer? I'd go get a cup of coffee)

I have been using PearGear CF-A cards for a couple of years now in our Sony bodies have put over a million images through them in that time with no issues. They are great value for money and the new ones in particular are very fast.

You can buy them on Amazon although they are usually cheaper direct from PearGear but delivery is slow.

Sony didn't take the opportunity with the A7v to upgrade the 2nd slot to CF-A, so if you are writing to both cards simultaneously you might as well have matching SD cards.
I use Kingston Canvas React V90 cards in my A7iv, and have had no issues - they were the recommendation for the best price/performance when I got them a couple of years ago.
Mine are 128Gb each.
