Submitting to the Nationals

Does anyone know where I can find a set of guidelines for submitting photos to the nationals? I've got a list of the picture desks' email addresses but I'm unsure what the usual protocol is, e.g. do you send in low res thumbnails first and then the high res image on request, or are they looking for high res from the start? Anyone got any ideas?

Funnily enuf, just spoke to a news agency tog last week about that.

Low res 1st, then let them pick the ones they want.

When u save the Jpg from RAW or whatever your shooting set the Quailty to under 3 meg.. usualy aroun No6.. some want them even smaller.. like under 900k.. thats enough to be printed in a paper.. if they want it for a glossy then i guess they will get in touch for a bigger file.. just dont re-size the image as you would for here..
