Sub £250 monitor

I've got a decent Ezio for photo editing but I might be looking for a decent "office" monitor around 24" that can double as a second image viewing monitor, something like a EIZO FlexScan EV2360 or an Asus Proart PA248QV. There seems to be a lot of choice and it's a bit confusing, the cheaper the better TBH but no without losing too much quality. Also I find having a lower-end second monitor is handy to see what other people might see when they view my images on lower-end monitors.

Is there much difference between the Ezio and the Proart mentioned above and other suggestions please?

I was going to suggest looking at a 24" Dell Ultrasharp, as I've been very happy with my 23" Ultrasharps, but they appear to have jumped in price, and are now over the £250 mark.

IIRC the Proart gets good reviews, likewise Dell stuff. You could also look for a used Dell U2412M - great as an office monitor at 1920 X 1200 instead of 1080.
