Hi, going to Weymouth next week, the 1st september and missed Harry's rocks last year when on holiday. Wife wants to visit Swanage and I hear Harry's rocks is near at a place called studland. Does anybody know how to get to the rocks from studland. Is it a long walk, and where can I park? Also would like to take a classic shot of the castle at coffe from distance. Where is the best place to set up, as I could hopefully capture on the road home from Swanage to Weymouth. Wife's already moaning about all the places I can take shots from lol. Any help would be appreciated.

with regards to harry's rocks there is a national trust car park at studland i think it's called south beach but please double check as there are some others further up it's about a 1 mile walk from there to harry's rocks but it's quite a easy walk next to the car park there is a nice pub which i think brews it's own beer very nice after a photograpic session

Thanks for the info mike, making me thirsty thinking about all them shots - shots as in photography lol

BH19 3AU - Is the postcode to the pub whats right next door to a car park ( national trust car park is further up the road I think ) where I parked last year.

If your looking on the map the path to the cliffs is on the corner before the pub!

Keep your camera our handy when walking there as I seen few deers about ;)
