Studio time

Hi all I live in Southend area and would like to get more into studio photography, I have done a course at Southend college which was very good but now I have finished I don't know if or where you can hire a studio. Can anyone advise me? Rough rates etc. Cheers

Try this website and just put in your area to get a list of studios http://www.studiosforhire.com/.

In general studios tend to charge between £10-£30 per hour to hire, dependant on the equipment and if they have any pre-built sets etc. Some also do deals and have half/full day rates.

can you not still hire the college studios?

between £10-£15 per hour is normal rates for a studio.
