Studio starter advice

Hey guys n gals, I'm looking for some advice on what i shall need to start a little studio for myself in the house. Now at the moment the only kit I have is

Oly E-3, 12-60mm SWD, 50mm macro 1:2, 40-150mm 1:3.5-4.5, 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 and 2x Oly FL50R strobes

Now I'm sure in there I've got the basic camera tech, but are there any Oly glass that would be better for portraiture work and what flash stands, umbrellas, backgrounds etc can you recommend?

What would you consider the essentials for a decent home studio?

I'm a complete novice in this field, but keen to get decent gear that I can use for years to come. Got up to max of £7-800 in the studio budget if I still want to go mad and get the E-5 I crave in a few months

If you plan on setting up a small studio at home, you don't need to go spending lots of dosh on powerful studio strobes, if your taking portraits in an average size living room you only need 200w/s - 300w/s strobe lights, anything more powerfull might not suit in a small area.
To start with, a two light kit and a silver reflector would be suitable. I am looking to get a studio flash set-up myself and have done a bit of research over the past week, and that is what I have found.
The same brand names have been cropping up which all seem to offer good value for money,but two which not only offer value for money,(and I agree), but also good customer service, according to the threads in this forum and others is 'Elemental' and 'Lencarta' both are staffed with photographers and will give you impartial help and advice on equipment.
