Studio Main Lights

Right people, I have pretty much decided on my studio lighting setup, all good.

Now next question, what main lights should be be putting up in a 6m X 6m studio. I was thinking a couple of strip lights. The studio will only have one window with a blackout blind.

Any ideas what is best as not to cause an effect on the flash setup?

We have three sets of double fluo strips in our office-studio and at 60-250th sec between f/4 and f/8 there's no impact on the flash.
We're using three Bowens 500 Esprit units.

If in doubt, fit anything you like then turn them off when shooting.

Rob is right, the room lighting won't affect the shots.
