The seller isn't giving much info - pity.
The flash head marked as Bowens will be one of their very old ones that had the 'L' fit accessory mount. You'll be extremely lucky to find any accessories to fit it, other than the softbox included. And AFAIK there are no adapters available. It probably has full and half power settings, may go down to a quarter. Maybe 30 years old.
The flash head marked as Bo-lite was also made by Bowens, a very long time ago. From memory no accessories were ever available to fit it and it had a high and low power setting, with the low power achieved via a resistor which probably won't work now. They used to burn out, but it will probably be OK on full power.
When I say that, I mean that both heads should be OK as long as they have been used from time to time, the capacitors fail if they're not used for long periods.
I see that stands are included - just as well, as they are a non-standard fitting.
They were decent quality unit and although they are very limited compared to modern heads, they are probably worth having as a start up kit. I think the kit may be worth something like £30-£40. I think the seller must be joking if he hopes to get £50 for delivery, but his silly delivery cost may allow you to get them at a reasonable price and then you can get them picked up by a courier for much less than he is asking.
