Here are a few details

Will be 5.5M x 6.2M height just under 3M. Construction - Brick / Block

Besides shooting straight onto a local PC/Mac Will have a fast network to an editing suite

Plans include large double French-type doors with minimal windows (which can be covered). This will facilitate getting products in for shoots. Decor will be neat and simple. Black ceiling, not decided on wall colours. Building control haven't decided how we have to finish the floor, so cant report on that yet until the inspector comes round. We imagine it will be insulated, boarded and laminated

We plan to shoot mainly products for websites, and the odd portrait etc.. We wil be using it as a base for our wedding photography... clients can come and see us rather than us seeing them...

The studio will also be situated next to what is a fairly well spec'd kitchen, so food photography hopefully will be on the cards

We intend to look long and hard at the 360 product market

Lighting - Lencarta of course. We will build in a "semi portable" underlit product lighting table
