I have decided to veture forward into studio photography.
But i dont know that much about studio backgrounds etc.
I was wondering if any of you guys/girls could recormend me a good studio backdrop/background setup. As theres many different systems and i just kind of look and go eh.....
All i want to do is model photograpy, a bit of leaway on the backdrop would be nice. Maybe something hardwearing.

I have all the flash guns and light stands.
 
It's a bit of a grey area mate. So many people suggest different things. Ideally I'd like to be able to go to a shop and have a look around as normally online you're supplied with a tiny image showing you the kit and you can't tell the quality or anything.
 
Yer i know! Thats why i figured i would ask as i have no idea! Plus it would be nice to get some input etc.
 
I bought a background support system from eBay for £86 including delivery... I got a really good deal, as the same system was on a site for almost £200....

I then just buy different patterned/coloured material to use as the backdrop. I currently have white, black, red and a turquoisey teal colour.

If you can't afford the proper studio fabric backdrops, this is ideal.

Also had no idea ya where a member here, small world eh as i emailed ya a few days ago as well (about webdesign, from which ya forward me to ya boyfriend i believe)

Hi,
I've always got my photographic backgrounds from a company called Colourscape. They are made from poly cotton so they are low crease and washable. Best of all there backdrops are not too dear. Always done all my portrait photography with them.
