I've got a second 430EXII on the way from the insurers now, so will attempt to mend mine myself, although is still useable bar the zoom. With that in mind, i'm wondering about doing a bit of a strobist set up with the paor of Speedlites. I have a Cactus V4 trigger set, although am currently looking for a second receiver to use these together. Once i've found that, what other kit can you guys recommend on a budget? Obviously looking for stands, adaptors, softboxes etc. What would be suitable for light home use without breaking the bank?

Konig stands on amazon seem to be popular at about a tenner.
You'll probably need a tilt head of some description (generally with an umbrella fitting)
You can get a decent 40x40cm soft box off flea bay for under £30 and shoot through brollies are just a few pounds. A reflector brolly can be had for under a tenner.
