Right then, Fuji folk, I need a storage solution for my Fuji batteries. I have 6, maybe more. I usually have at least 2 spare in my bag, and I'd like a suitable "thing" to put them in when in my bag....

What do you all use (other than the grip...)?

Either the grip :-) or just bung them in a pocket on the camera bag. No explosions yet.

I carry my spare batteries in empty business card boxes. Dirt cheap on eBay, and very useful for a host of bits and pieces.

Change bags from the bank are my choice, turned inside out when they are depleted

My grip takes 2 batteries, have you got one that takes 6 ?

I think the Fuji batteries are a bit smaller than Canon/Nikon DSLR units, so they may get a bit lost in there. Nice idea though, thanks.

These look like they could do the job.. Thanks, I'll check those out.

Nope. Mines pretty rubbish at reading minds too.

Have you been to Specsavers recently?

Stop being a dick. I just answered your question, no need for the abuse.

I have 6 batteries and if I'm taking them all I have a little compartment on the waist strap on my backpack they go in, used ones go back in the bag in a different compartment.

The straps on 2 of my Fujis have pouches attached and they carry 4 spares between them. The other spare is in a bank bag under the 2x teleconverter. All 3 bodies take the same batteries (which is VERY handy!)

But you didn't.....

I mentioned that I had 6 or 7 batteries, and I said "not the grip" because I already have one.....

Mines pretty rubbish at reading minds too.

I was responding to your little bit of banter.... I apologise, I didn't realise you were so sensitive...

And I think you were actually being abusive. Now, let's park it...

Trevor, they look pretty good. As DSLR batteries are physically bigger than the Fuji ones, do they fit in the pouches OK (as it not too loose)?

Graham, I like that idea, but I don't always have a rucksack with me. I came by a Billingham shoulder bag yesterday at a very good price, and I also have another shoulder type bag.

@Jelster

The battery holders that Trevor shows look to have Canon LP-E6 batteries like the ones I used to use in my Canon 5d. They are very similar in size although slightly fatter than the Fuji ones we use. I might take a punt on one for my everyday carrying needs.

LOL just looked at their advert too and the camera it shows looks like an X100 series :D

Steve. Quite a good fit. Although not tight. Also used them for the 1st generation X100 batteries.
