Stoopid pigeon question...

caught these two this morning.....now, I know zip about birds - is the left one a juvenile or are they different species?

Interesting either way, they were having a good snog earlier!

Likely a juvenile, the 'snog' being the parent feeding the youngster.

I saw no worms change beaks! I reckon they are pigeon perves. But thanks! Should have stopped down a tweak to get the heads in focus, would have been quite an nice image then....

It's a young Wood Pigeon. It was possibly being fed crop milk.
