So heard a big bang, went outside of work to take a look and two storeys of scaffolding had collapsed in the High Street, lucky no one was hurt!

Someone is gonna get their wrist slapped for that, high winds (which it was) or not.
I know the area well and that is a busy high street!

these are normally tied into the windows, if you cannot fit outriggers, so like you said..someone's in for the high-jump...

Someone's been very, very lucky that they're not responsible for a serious injury (or worse) here.

People like to have a good whine about Health & Safety, but it's there to minimise the risk of stuff like this happening.
