I booked my car in at Kwik Fit for 4 new tyres fitting. Half an hour after leaving the car with them they sent me a text message to say that they had carried out a health check on the vehicle and that it may need some work doing. I looked at the attached report. It stated that the car needed 4 new tyres - talk about stating the bleeding obvious - I know it needed 4 new tyres that is why I booked it in in the first place. The report also stated that they hadn’t checked the spare tyre as it was inaccessible. Inaccessible, all they had to do was open the bloody boot.
