Starting Studio Kits Suggestions?

You'll stuggle to get anything much for that budget, other than one of the ebay kits.
Best entry level studio head is Lencarta Smartflash at around £110, plus stand, umbrellas, trigger etc. About £200 all in.
If you have a hot-shoe flash gun, you could start by getting a stand and brolly for that.

I do have a wireless flash trigger and receivers, although I need a new battery for my wireless. Im currently watching one with the backdrop x3 colours Black white n green, and includes the soft box`s with 115V bulbs I think it is. So going to watch that on ebay and go from there

Most cheap ebay kits for around £100 with backgrounds are continuous light, not flashes..
I'd echo the above, if your aim is to progress further as you learn, I'd start by buying either
Yungnuo Flashes and stands/modifiers, these are a popular cheap way into proper studio lighting..
Or, as above I'd start with 1 Lencarta smart flash + cheap £8 stand and £25 S Fit Softbox off ebay.. and add more lights as you progress..
I've set up 2 cheap light kits of ebay (The 750 and 900w 3 light kits) and they 'work', but they lack fine control, the build quality isn't great, and the fitting of modifiers is a pain.. It's a real chore using them as tweaking the lighting.. but if you can put up with that, then they can work..
Also be aware that hte cheap backgrounds have the flimsiest stands known to man, and the muslin is almost impossible to hang nicely, and it creases so easily, you will be constantly ironing it if you are after a nice smooth background..
As long as you go in eyes open, it's not a problem.. I've been buying second hand branded strobes from the classifieds after using the cheaper kits, and I'm glad I did as they are a joy to setup/use..
