First off my appologies for the very poor IQ.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

My favourite photographic style is UWA shots taken low down, but at 69. the knees, oh those knees.

I can get down but never get up.

My 'Ground-Hugger MK II' solves all my problems.

By attaching my monopod and wireless remote I can now stand up and get low down......all at the same time.

Again my appologies for the very poor IQ.

Ingenious - could help save my knees! :D

What a fantastic invention! I have back problems do getting down low is not normally something I think about but with something like this then I could.
Great job!

Excellent idea Dave...better get that patented before someone else nicks it!!

Love it!

Nice bit of DIY. I'm surprised that something like this doesn't already exist to be honest. There's been a few times that I've wanted to lie down and get the best point of view for a shot but practicality has stopped me. I'm obviously not the only one.

Tremendous idea Dave, kneemonia is a real b*gg*r, this invention of yours could be the start of something to help alleviate such painful experiences...TOP MARKS.

Kind Regards,

Bill :)

Brilliant! So much easier than hanging the camera upside-down from the centre column :)
