just a shout out for good service here, purchased yesterday over phone 2nd hand 17 35 tamron.

delivered today with 7 day no quibble return if not to my requirements and a 6 month guarentee with it.

good service and a good product.

They are a good place though their prices are a bit varied - think it very much depends on when they get their supplies in.

If anyone is after a Manfrotto 680B monopod, then they are about the cheapest place around - picked mine up in store last Friday.
 
I'll add my strong recommendation for SRS in Watford.
Pretty much all of my kit has come from them. Including previous cameras too. Their prices are keen and their service is quite frankly second to none (and I have dealt with others in the past). Chris who owns and runs the business is a top bloke :thumbs:

I understand that's unlikely to be the case in the near future ;). They have just expanded too, taking up the double the area in the shop next door :)

I've used the Rayners Lane branch, always got good advice.
 
Only used them once. They did not have the item in stock, but obtained it very quickly.
They were very prompt and efficient at replying to email. That is always a big plus for me.
 
Dont get me started on them again, the politest word I could use to describe them is "chancers" - I wouldn't buy a newspaper from them, never mind another camera.....
 
They are obviously doing pretty well in difficult trading conditions, so they must be doing most things right ;)
As I said previously my experience has been that they have made an effort to go beyond what you would normally consider excellent service. A top trader :thumbs:
