spotify premium

Having problem using this on Samsung s4 for some reason, i have the premium version of spotify, when i go to download or listen it keeps asking for payment even though I'm signed in to my account, any ideas welcomed

I'd suggest trying their forums - I've got Spotify Premium, on a Galaxy S4 and it's working fine.....
