thanks:)

ask Matt Sayle.............

As Mike says you need to be working for a recognised media outlet. This normally means a relevant motoring magazine or for a newspaper. TV and high profile websites are alternatives. You'll need to provide a letter of authority from your commissioning editor, plus normally 2 or 3 examples of published work from the last year. Evidence of suitable levels of insurance are often requested as well.

However there are some circuits where the public have just as good access,

hi there, i recently got one to shoot at Ty-Croes (anglesey Circuit)
All i had to have was:

1. Copy of three things published in the last 12 months
2. Letter of approval from my local paper who i was shooting for
3. 2 passport photos of myself
4. name, address & phone number etc!

Hope that helps!

Dion!

if all you want is some action to shoot you will find it a lot easier to get into motocross meetings
just go and sign on
all the usual insurances are still required though but no media accreditation is asked for
