hi all i have a lumix camera which can shoot 30 frames per second . can anyone explain how i isolate a frame in lightroom please. i can see during playback a button that says "capture frame" but not sure what to do after that .
thanks
Bill

Lightroom works well with video, but I can't answer the OP.

i can view the video in library mode and it gives me the option to select a frame but im not sure how to access the frame ive isolated

Reading about video in Scott Kelby's book he suggest that the "Capture frame" creates a jpeg file that's stacked with your video clip.

A "you tube" shows capturing the image at approx 2.45mins.
