Just thought I would give you the heads up on some great service from the above firm.
Bought my Slik400 tripod & head from them about 3 weeks ago - they even haggled over the price and chucked in next day delivery for nothing.
A couple of days ago the lever that retains the shoe in the head plate broke. I think the moulding was duff to be honest.
One email outling the problem and within 10 minutes I had a reply letting me know that a replacement head was going in the post. They also have a freepost address for returns.
Well impressed.... the head arrived this morning as promised just in time for the weekend!
