Speed up your workflow on photoshop

Hi guys

I have photoshop cs5 on mac os x lion and I'm in need of speeding up the way I do things.
I take weddings, portraits and products so I have a fairly high volume of images going through post processing.

Does anyone know how you can get the time spent editing down to a minimum while keeping the quality high?

Sample workflows available?
Useful action packs? I can't find MAC versions of actions
any other software that will cut time?

Shortcuts I'm pretty good at which helps but i'm sure there are other things that can really help

PS actions work with MAC and windows. They can swapped from system to system.

Use buttons in the actions palette.

Build your own batch scripts/actions for save as etc.

Build a flatten button.

Get a tablet with programmable buttons.

oh I didn't know the actions work with both MAC and PC. Most places you find the action packs it says xp/vista/7 etc so I never downloaded them.

There is far more choice with actions for PC I find
