Just a quick 
for Speed Graphic and their excellent customer service. I'd made a mistake on my order and ordered the wrong version of a product and only when I started using it did I spot my mistake. I contacted SG by email without any expections if I'm honest, however I received an immediate response instructing me to return the item and they would swap it. I returned it on Monday and by Wednesday the replacement was here...excellent.
