So it looks like lockdown will continue a while and I will be doing Tai Chi over Zoom for months. Also, it's nearly winter and I was looking at getting a Zwift bike. I was thinking of setting up a dedicated Zoom/Zwift box to avoid dragging kit around the house. I *think* I can get away with a very low powered PC and would prefer something fanless and small. Here's what I need:
and if anybody can recommend a great pair of *sweat proof* noise cancelling BT headphones I'm all ears
- Win 10 box - yes I can use Win 7 but why would I? Also don't want to pay for OSX.
- Enough graphics power to easily run Zwift which basically means dedicated graphics card
- Zoom Rooms (not regular Zoom but I might need this level) suggest min spec of 2.8 GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 for dual/triple screen
- Decent web cam
- Low latency Bluetooth
- Fast wifi/ethernet
- Enough graphic outputs to run at least a 20 inch monitor and an HDMI TV - more the better
- Since I want it as quiet as possible and quick to start ,a small SSD is all the storage I need.
