Spare parts help for a Sigma 55-200mm

Does any one know a place to get Sigma lens parts from.

And how to take apart and put back together a Sigma 55-200mm lens.

Buy a cheap copy off eBay and practice on/get the part off it?

Looking at the Sigma site it should be about £60 to get them to repair it for you depending on whats wrong with it , It might be worth giving them a call (if you haven;t already )
