source of accurately measured mount board?

I need somewhere that can supply accurately measured mountboard/frames. Ive got a small pile from somewhere , probably someone off ebay, which look fine but the hole in the black frame isn't the same size across them, its a mm or so out, so i have ended up with the white of the print paper showing which sucks. Is there someone out there who can provide accurate mounts so i can run off several prints at once knowing they will all fit! or is it just a case of sucking it up and measuring them all individually and sizing each print accordingly.

I have used Picture Lizard and bought bulk and each one a clone of the other.

Also note they by default cut the aperture 3mm smaller than requested to compensate for printed area variation and tolerance of the aperture cutting process. But if I recall they will cut exact dimensions of the prints if required.

Whoever you choose check their specs to he sure you are content.
