Sound / Laser triggers

Having being blessed with the manual dexterity and finesse of a Pamplona fine china merchant, I'm looking for a source of pre-built flash triggers (sound or laser activated). Anyone know of any?

Hmmm, seen plenty of DIY projects for them but never an off the shelf product. If you manage to find one though let me know as I'd be also interested.

Thanks - this is certainly along the right lines, but probably OTT and US based, but I'll make contact and see what they can do.
