Sony a7rv File sizes.

Hi Guys,,

I’m thinking of upgrading my OG a9 to the a7rv, just a couple of questions.

Will my MacBook m2 32gb 1tb ssd be quick enough to handle the file sizes ?

Also, I tend to use 128gb cards, the occasional 256gb cards, how many raw files can I expect to get on these size cards ?

Should be a simple division exercise.

File size seems to have a mean average of 130MB.

I’ve an M1 MacBook Pro with 16GB Ram. I found it handled my A7R5 files no problem.

I have the M1 Macbook Pro with 64GB RAM and it's not problem. How many files you can get on a card will depends on whether you shoot raw or jpeg, and if raw whether you're shooting uncompressed, lossless compressed or lossy compressed.
