Someone is selling a Sony a7 iii online. The seller has made it clear that it is the American version.

What is the difference between the USA and UK versions? Is it just the warranty?

I've just thought...........Would the video be in NTSC only or will it also have PAL available?

The biggest regional differences are languages, so don't buy a Sony camera in Japan if you can't speak Japanese. But for English, it's no different, you don't even get a charger anyway so not even a plug difference.

The video recording are all about resolution and frame rate, PAL vs NTSC was about 50/60hz and much lower pixel counts so those aspects don't matter any more ... I don't think.
 
If it does have PAL you might get a complaint that you're using it every time you switch the camera on.
 
I would suggest downloading the user manuals from Sony's UK and USA web sites and comparing the details.
