Sony A6xxx file lock for download

Hi
Does anyone know if any of the a6000 series cameras have an option of locking an image, so that when i download files to LR it downloads only these selected files?

I don't believe this is possible on the RX10 or A7 ranges and I doubt the A6xxx range would be different. Do you know of any makes that do support this?

I don't think it does - it's certainly not something I've ever spotted when using my A6000.
I usually just download everything and select / cull on the PC, where I am looking at a larger image on a calibrated screen - much easier!

Sony a9 has this, as other do other sport / journalism cameras from canon/nikon.
Where speed of upload is essential (i.e. news), this helps to identify images for upload during the shoot, without a need of browsing through all of the sd card.

Ah, understood. I don't think the A6xxx range has the same defined roles as the A7 & A9 so it's not likley to have that facility. It's possible that the A7S does, however.
