Been mulling over trying Sony , at the moment this is my top pick ..anyone got one or used one . It will be used for wildlife mainly and possibly coupled with either the of the two big zooms .

I've been shooting with the a6600 for a year now.
I use the 70-350G for wildlife/landscapes and 16-55G for landscapes.
I've added a smallrig L Bracket and that really improved the ergonomics.
Image quality is really good even when cropping tight.
I've yet to try it with my 200-600G.
You can see many examples on my Flickr photostream.

Cheers mike your on my contacts list already so will peruse them

Both 70-350mm and 200-600mm are excellent lenses, with latter being a FF lens.
If your budget can/does stretch as far as A7RIV its a pretty capable body, works great with 200-600mm with loads of crop room.

A7RIV+200-600mm is the main reason for me to stay on Sony. Nothing else on the market gives the same kind of reach for the same kind of money.
On the right you have a crop down to 11-12mp (basically more than 2.25x giving close to 1400mm equivalent FoV!!), upscaled on the left with topaz gigapixel AI to near 50mp just to show how effective this combination can be.
All comes at a price though.....
Posting here (especially screenshot from LR) destroys the sharpness, if you wish I'll be happy to send you the RAW file for you to play with.

A6600 is about to be replaced with a new model, might be wise to wait to see what the new one offers.

Going to hold fire ,as it looks like a new Olympus body is due shortly to .
But still mulling it over in my head . What other long lenses can be used on these bodies bar the Sony white ones ?

You can use sigma canon fit Lenses with the sigma mc11 adaptor i was using the Sigma 150-600 on the a 6400 before i bought the sony 200-600.

ta then weight becomes a issue again .having a dodgy ticker doesn't help
