Just got a Sony A6000, what are the off camera flash options?

Am I stuck with simply triggering off camera flash or is there a way to get more control.

Thanks for any useful help and advise.

There's loads of options if you're talking about manual flash, I've no idea what the TTL options might be.

What exactly are you wanting to do?

i would of thought a normal 602/603 would work for manual flashes

off camera cable thats affordable might be a issue i dont know, but look on ebay

ttl wise it might be worthwhile getting a adapter from normal hotshoe to the old minolta style (which is actually a better design...)

Ideally looking for manual control of several flashes from something attached to the camera, total or something similar would be nice but that may be asking to much.

It's easy and relatively inexpensive (compared to TTL):
The Yongnuo 560TX and a bunch of YN560 III's will do manual control of 3 groups proper radio wireless and everything.

To be totally honest, if you're creating a 'speedlight studio' than Manual is perfect, you only really need TTL in dynamic situations, and camera mounted is fine so long as you bounce the flash effectively.

Edit: crossed post with Phil.

Yongnuo 560-III should do the trick, I think. All-manual guns, with a remote control master-Tx option. Good kit at a great price too :)

Either YN 560-III guns with 560-Tx controller (Amazon) or the new YN 560-IV that has the Tx controller built-in. Handy thing there is the Mk IV gives you the option of also having flash on-camera.

ps Having the flash on-camera doesn't mean the light has to be coming from the same place ;)

Thanks that I was after, will have a look on Amazon and eBay.

Thanks for the great advise brought 3 yn560iv and a yn569tx for around £150, and have full manual control from the camera of all three. Very powerful and useful setup for not much money.
