Sony a580 in the studio???

Has anyone out there have the a580? I'm looking into buying it and I want to do some studio work, how's it working for you??

Sure we had a camera club bod in our studio with one recently. he liked it.

I have the a300 at the moment and that quite good in studio but I'm looking to upgrade.cheers

The only main issue I'd see is it'd be a bit harder to find a hotshoe adapter to hook it up to the studio lights. Other than that I can't see why it wouldn't take good photos when set up properly.

I have the wireless trigger, are they different to normal a series??

Amazing resolution when coupled with good lenses. Quite staggering.
