at least it will save your Gym fees, with glass like that you will have biceps like popeye by the end of the year !!!!

I have to "make do" with a Sigma HSM II (don't use it enough to be worth paying the extra for the better Sony).
 
Very nice, am tempted to swap the Tamron for this. We'll see at Focus this year, bit sad that Sony will not be there this year.

apparently after last year they decided that they could spend the ~£150k better. they are visiting to see if this year is any better.

Supposedly Nikon are showing 100% pro gear this year & no consumer?

I suppose, given that alpha range is effectively just two still in production cameras. Again it's a shame as they do show case they video cams and consumer/prosumer compact camera/system. I think there'll be a big buzz on the Olympus and Fuji stands this yr.

Surely nikon will have a few coolpix and Nikon 1 cams around- they usually have a very substantial stand, enough room to go round.
