Something wierd on Ffordes

If you go here then click Used Kit, DIGITAL CAMERAS, Canon Cameras, there's a used Canon 1d MKIII for about 2.5k - with a picture of something that looks like a lightmeter? :thinking:

Seems to be an error but a very strange one.
 
Look at the MKII above it then! :p

haha - the 5D further down the list is the best!
 
Oh yeah - they seem to have their images messed up. Another thing though, why would they be selling a Used MKIII, and then for so little? (this is the one that just came out, right?)
 
It could be the demo model perhaps? Review model? Something like that.

That reminds me, must contact Canon about our review models :D

The price is £2800 so that seems about right, only £200 off rrp.
 
Stick with Nikon Ewan.... you know it makes sense! So many different Canon models, who can keep up? :shrug:
 
Can't fault them for service, just used Ffordes for the first time to purchase a used Tamron SP 90mm f2.5....ordered it about 10pm Sunday night, came at 8 am this morning!
 
They are great. They had some mamiya lenses a while back that I think they said were stock from another dealer that went to the wall. All new, boxed, untouched and with full gaurantee.

They could have put them on the shelves with all their new stock but they sold them at about 30% less. I like that. :D
 
I posted a thread awhile back in Supplies, Shopping and Bargains (or the other way around :thinking:) about Ffordes so you can post your experiences there if you like :)

The only thing they aint much good at is putting the right image up for their products - the 350D in the used section has been what looks like some kind of filter holder for weeks now :lol:
 
I emailed them to let them know :geek: and got a reply :)

Thanks for your email and there was a problem with the server not
loading the correct images up last night, this has now been rectified
and the correct images are now loaded.

Thanks for your email and perhaps you can post a response up from us
that this has now been rectified, computers, great when they work not so
much fun when they don't.
