Can someone please explain how this works for them.

Are you supposed to use it to discount that size in that range? Or do you use it to push it and therefore more profit?

It says for a year, is that for you personally or the company offering it for the whole of 2013? Not sure if I've overlooked the more in-depth information page or not!

Champion products are a specific size in each range offered at a more advantageous price. You can order as many as you like, there is no limit and loxley have committed to hold these prices for the whole year so you can, if you wish, pass a saving onto your client without getting bitten if the offer ends. You just enter the discount code when ordering.
