Some Lighting advice needed

They are both continuous lights, so are equally unsuitable. You need flash

You can use either, but to get enough continuous light it tends to get either very big and cumbersome, or extremely hot.

Flash is much better, very controllable and there are loads of reflectors and softboxes and brollies etc (light shaping tools) available. Decent stuff starts around £200 for a basic 2-head kit, £300-400 gets you a quality outfit.

Thanks for the info its a bit more than i wanted to spend guess i can save a bit more :D
