i used stumbleupon and it brought me to the page. pretty handy since i was bored and didn't know what to go looking around on. i suggest to try it, its pretty good and gets better at finding stuff you're interested in, by using the thumbs up and down system :)
 
Fascinating stuff! I'd like to know how they got the pictures of Custer et al to be so sharp and in color!

you can colorise any black and white photo, its not too difficult, though Im crap with the selection tool, google tutorials on it, if you're stuck for old B&W images, you can always go to flickr commons and use those :)
