Solved!!Upgraded to Win 10,battery doesn't charge

Hi all, just upgraded to Win 10, left the laptop unattended for 2 days. Turned it on, did some work on it then realized the battery doesn't charge. Quick google and tried to find a solution, the battery went dead and now won't turn on. Any advise what I can do now? I have a Dell Inspiron 14, the battery isn't plug in / plug out type, it is not easy to take out. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I took off the back cover of my laptop, took the batter out. Then following the steps I found on youtube. also got into bios to enable the ac charge. All sorted. Hope this will help someone who is having the problem.

p.s. husband kept asking me to take it to a repair shop tomorrow rather than did it by myself but I couldn't wait and I knew it should be a simple fix. Glad I did it
