I posted one photo on fotolia ages ago and completly forgot about it but I have just had an emither from them and it has sold, for a massive 57p.

But this week after making calenders for friends and members of my family for christmas my friends girlfriends Mum has asked for a print of one of the pics and she gave me £30 for it. I was going to give it her but she insisted.

Now I just need to sell 10,000 more.

I spent the end of last year making calendars, NEVER AGAIN!!! :p

Indeed it is. It's nice when someone wants to pay for one of your shots, out of a bunch...It doesnt matter the amount of money they're paying, it's the fact they chose YOUR shot...which gives a nice warm feeling :)

Thanks everyone, it does feel cool to have sold something. This is only a hobby which I enjoy and I print a few of my pics for my own as well as my families enjoyment. I have spent my 57p on a king size Double Decker and if I sell many more i will be as big as a house.
This is the photo, which I took at the top of a climb in Cardwell quarry, great view from the top across the Trough Of Bowland in Lancashire.
