Just a heads up really if you own one. I had mine for about 15 years before it stopped working. At theshop I took it to after sending it away ???? they said it cant be repaired. In the last couple of days i got to thinking solar power = charging up a battery, so maybe all it needs is a new battery. I looked up the battery type and still available so ordered from Amazon and managed to stop that order and ordered another. Now this is where I nearly slipped up , same battery @£23 single charge---- same battery rechargeable £28. so I have to ask myself why sell a battery charged up by solar power just once?? seems stupid to me.
the watch has been to so many countries with me and never let me down so got quite fond of it although I did buy another.

So when the new battery comes I already have insulated the metal tweezers to stop shorting out the battery as I don't have plastic ones
