Its under view>show auto focus point. (after double clicking the image i.e. trying to edit it.)
DPP also has it Alt L (together)

Nope... Either my software too old? OR does it only show on raw or also JPG?

Double click on the image (to edit it) then use the Alt L buttons together (on a Raw file). I'll try it on a jpeg if I can find one :)

Its also under view>show AF point menu option.

Vers 3.7.2.0 downloaded from Canon website.

EDIT - works on jpegs too.

I havent got any raw ... will download latest as that option in VIEW isnt there.. Mines 1.0.0.5.. OK stop laughing :)

I just downloaded latest from canon and its 3.4.1.1 and still no option to view focus point

You can enable it to work in camera when the picture info button is pressed showing the histogram,

It's in the 2nd blue box (forth option along) 'AFpoint display' on the menu screen.

but you would know this already :)

canon only had 3.4.1.1 as far as I could see.. so I googled.. found a downloader for it and managed to get it installed... now works

THANKS TPers :)

I've got 3.6.1, think you can download to that for free.

Works in Jpeg double click on image (in DPP not zoom browser) right click and select AF point about 1/2 down options.

hmm works on UNedited images only it seems..
