Software to report photo settings/stats on bulk?

Hi there,
Does anyone know of any Windows software which I can use to scrutinize my photo collection to report on settings and stats like "x images at 18mm, y images at 300mm" etc on bulk?
Before I make further refinements to my kit I'd like to be able to understand my images and frequently used settings in more detail without reviewing exif data one by one.

Lightroom - see the metadata tab in Library.

Thanks. I can see the metadata tab in the library, against each image but I'm looking more for software which I can point at a folder and will see something like "400 photos at iso 1000" or "128 photos at 18mm" etc. I can't see a way to do this in Lightroom?

Does it have to be folders only, or can it be by date?
