Software needed

Hi, not sure of the best place to post this,
But here goes, I`m looking to produce a Monthly Photo/Calendar for the Computer Desktop for a Club I`m in.
Obviously, there are many different sizes of Screen, Resolutions, etc.
Is there any Software that would provide the various formats, etc. easily?

A couple of instant thoughts off the top of my head ...

1. Do it in your office app and export as pdf. A pretty universal format, but people might have to re-size it or scroll about on their device.

2. Code it in html5 so that it recognised the device dimensions and re-flowed to suit. Yes, I know that you don't want to do coding, but if you were very lucky there just might be a (free?) template out there somewhere ...
