I get the use of 3 x Lastolite f 400s flash heads,i want a good quality softbox for portraits,any recommendations.:)
I am after one that goes up & down easy.

Depending on budget, they start at pixapro or similar on ebay, up through Bessel, then Lencarta, then Bowens.

How much space do you have? What are you shooting?
 
It will be mainly portraits,head & shoulders but maybe full length,hopefully i can get something for around £100
 
F400's are a bowens (S) fit, so you'll need to consider that when looking for a softbox and adaptor ring. I can't recommend enough the Ezybox II's - designed to fit studio, battery flash & Quadra Ranger - but then I'm probably biased. :)
